The Modular Storage Systems team is ready to assist you with your project – we will measure your site, work out the project requirements and provide detailed working drawings as well as an itemised quotation so you know exactly what we are quoting on.
Planning and layout
The backbone of a successful business is a productive and efficient warehouse. Our design team will work with you to create a layout design that results in a high performing and successful warehouse. We will ensure your storage systems are safe, modern and use your space efficiently.
Installation
Our experienced installation teams are QBCC licensed to ensure our products are installed to the high standards set out in Australian Standard AS4084-2023. Prior to Installation we will arrange dates and times that suit both your business and our team to ensure minimum downtime to your day to day operation.
Modular Storage Systems has in-house installers as well as contractors available in all capital cities. All of our installers are trained in the exact installation procedures to meet our strict company standards.
Safety audits and inspections
Safety is paramount in business. With this in mind, the Australian Standard AS4084-2023 incorporates a requirement for yearly safety audits and inspections of all warehouse pallet racking equipment.
Our Ormeau based team can come and perform a full warehouse health check and provide an audit report with a built drawing to ensure the safety of you, your staff and your products.
Relocation and removal of existing racking
We provide a range of solutions for relocating existing warehouse racking systems both in the same warehouse or to a new location.
Certification
Modular Storage Systems ensures all products supplied are designed, manufactured and installed to the appropriate workplace health and safety standards. In Australia these vary as not all warehouse storage systems fall under the AS4084-2023 code.
When Modular Storage Systems works with other brands of pallet racking or shelving, we ensure the correct processes are followed and all load data is received from the original equipment manufacturers — this ensures compliance to AS4084 and workplace health and safety standards.
